Well I wanted to ask the name of ship classes, and types used by the various Citadel Members. Plus Troops, Armor, Equipment, Vehicles, and structure.

On Ship Classes
These ships are directly mentioned in the game.
Frigate - Small Ship crew of 20ish Commanded by a Commander.
Cruiser - Large Ship crew of 300 Commanded by a Captain.
Dreadnaught - Enormous Ship crew of 10,000+ Commanded by a Captain but often carries the fleet admiral.
Other ships that may be mentioned.
Fighter - Very Small Ship crew of 1-2 piloted by a 2nd Lieutenant.
Gunboat - Small Ship crew of 6 Commanded by a Lieutenant.
Carrier - Large Ship crew of thousands commanded by a Captain but often carries the rear admiral. The air wing stationed on the carrier operates under a separate command structure from the ships command. So there are technically two Captains on board, one for the ship and one for the flight wing. However they both fall under the rear admiral stationed onboard, they are both part of the same fleet.
Commander Shepard is actually a Marine Staff Commander and is not even a Naval Officer. A slight plothole actually as nowhere in the ME Codex or Shepards history does it mention him attending a Alliance Naval Academy. So without Joker he would be fucked.
As far as other races go...
Quarians - All ship leaders are referred to as Captains regardless the size of the ship. The Admirals are not in command of the ship they live on.
Live Ships - Where food is produced and children are raised till they get their first suit.
Other than the research ship where Tali's father's team was stationed there is no other Quarian ship classes mentioned.
Turian - They make no distinction between General and Admiral, leading me to think that with their dedication to military they are universal roles in Turian society.
Cruiser - Crew of 300 same as the Human equivalent.
Asari - No mention of command structure.
The Destiny Ascension is a Asari Dreadnaught with a crew of 10,000
Geth - Command structure irrelevant, though Legion mentions "Higher Order Runtimes". My guess is they are the programs that delegate.
Drop Ship - Small fast ship that delivers Geth platforms to the surface of a planet or moon.
Cruiser - From every codex entry and Shepards own admission something to be avoided due to their offensive capability.

So tell me if you were to make the Turian Fleet you would place it around the Dreadnoughts like Battleships here on Earth before the Carriers came along.

Yeah, a Carrier Group consists of... 1 Carrier = ME Dreadnaught 2 Destroyers = ME Cruiser 2-4 Cruisers = ME Frigate Multiple Support Craft

So 1 Dreadnought, 2 cruisers, 6 Frigates, and 4 Supply/Support Ships.
XXX
But still isn't a Dreadnought worth several Cruisers maybe 10...and cruisers make up the lack of Dreadnoughts? Plus 40 to 20 Frigates in wolf packs of 5's.

Your exceeding the capability of the flag officer to effectivly manage the group. Sure you can throw in AI or some other tech to compensate but really just form multiple groups. A carrier group normally consist of 1 Aircraft Carrier, 2 Guided Missile Cruisers, 2 Anti Aircraft Warships, and 1-2 Anti Submarine Destroyers or Frigates. Replace the carrier with a dreadnaut and there ya have it. A carrier group is commanded by a low ranking 1-2 star rear admiral. A fleet commanded by an admiral (4 star) normally encompasses 2-3 carrier groups and logistics ships. You should read rommel's codex some more, he has a ship for every role including "Harbor Ships" used as mobile repair and refit for smaller ships. Just keep the 1-2-4 rule when expanding the size of your naval groups and your good. If you decide to keep carriers then it would be a 1-2-4-8 battle group. Smaller ships such as fighters/bombers/gunships are housed within larger ships and do not count in your battle group size.

"the turians sent more ships through the relay and captured Shanxi" Quoted from the Codex.
Ships indicate a single fleet.
