I honestly though I already had a thread for these. let me rectify that.
Imperial Glory One-Shots is a series of smaller stories set in the greater legacy of Imperial Glory. Some are completely new stories that happened off-screen so to speak, some are about events that happened in the course of Imperial Glory and I'm taking the time to get more in-depth about.
As of this moment they are published on my FA Account, and my FF.net account.
Currently Written:
IGOS: Assault on Station Gullova. This story centers around the mission of Delta Squad during the Assault on Noveria, after they assisted Lord Shepard. Clean other than people being gutted.
IGOS: A Meeting of Shared Interests. This story is set soon after the events of Imperial Glory One, and centers around a dealing between Great Houses Shepard, Everett and Warren. Has some 'action' in the beginning.

Dude, did Tali nail Thane? Damn, Highborn nanotech is better than I thought it was.
Oh, and here's a bit of fluff for when you do more on the quarians - during ME2, you can have a conversation with Tali that expands on their damaged immune system. Specifically, a great number of microorganisms on their homeworld were symbiotic, integrating themselves into hosts like our intestinal fauna. They didn't take enough samples thereof with them when they were driven from Rannoch.
So when they got their first doses of symbiotic nanotech, their systems basically said "Oooh, baby LOVEMELOVEMELOVEME!" Now that I think of it, Tali taking out that particular person in two seconds doesn't surprise me so much.

Who guy? Your link's messed up. Ah, no not Thane, just a no-name Drell.
And Tali's got to be good. Quarians train to keep up with Terrans that have a couple of feet and 1-200 pounds on them, Drell's gonna get snapped like.. well not a twig but you get the picture.
Oh, and thanks for the tip, that actually explains a lot about the weakened immune systems.

Any chance of a one-shot detailing Lowborn society? I imagine a lot of idiots are having Draka flashbacks, and somehow that doesn't seem realistic to me. Something similar to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beyond_This_Horizon seems more likely. "The novel depicts a world where genetic selection for increased health, longevity, and intelligence has become so widespread that the unmodified 'control naturals' are a carefully managed (and protected) minority. Dueling and the carrying of arms is a socially accepted way of maintaining civility in public - a man can wear distinctive clothing to show his unwillingness to duel, but this results in a lower social status. I really do need to flesh out the state of the lowborn during the time of Imperial Glory. Alright, you convinced me. Next one shot is going to be about lowborn. Then one about Legion, then I finish up the Truth and the Way, and then maybe, just maybe, I'll have time to start working on IG2. Woohoo, I have a plan!
